Terms of Service — CalcMyPallet

1. The service

CalcMyPallet ("the Service") is a palletizing calculator available at calcmypallet.com. It helps you estimate how boxes fit on pallets, plan stacking arrangements, and export stacking guides.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with your email address using a passwordless magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person or business unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: 2 box types per calculation, 1 pallet per calculation, 3D visualization.
• Monthly: $9/month. Unlimited box types, up to 10 pallets per calculation, 3D visualization, PDF export, spreadsheet upload.
• Annual: $89/year. Everything in Monthly.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next renewal.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

4. Free trials

• From time to time we may offer a free trial of paid features (for example, a 7-day trial). Trials require no credit card unless stated otherwise.
• When a trial ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe. We will not charge you without your consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Upload unlawful content or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent plan limits or billing.

6. Important: calculations are estimates

Pallet configurations generated by the Service are planning estimates produced by a heuristic algorithm. They do not model weight limits, crushability, interlocking, or carrier-specific load requirements. Always verify any stacking plan against your carrier's requirements and applicable safety standards before shipping. You are solely responsible for how you load and ship your pallets.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, visualizations, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service — not ownership of it. Box dimensions and shipment data you enter remain yours.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Cancellation and termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
• Sections 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING DAMAGED, LOST, OR REJECTED SHIPMENTS RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR CALCULATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
