• Account information: your email address, used for passwordless sign-in via magic link.
• Shipment data: box dimensions, weights, quantities, pallet settings, and stacking preferences you enter into the calculator.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status, but not your full card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information, collected to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide and operate the Service (accounts, calculations, exports, billing).
• To communicate with you about your account, subscription, and Service updates.
• To improve the calculator and develop new features.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Sharing

• We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, email delivery and payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• We do not sell your personal information.
